Plans, directs and coordinates activities related to the designing, constructing and operating electrical infrastructure required to provide safe and reliable service.  Analyze operations and coordinate workflow, provides operational reporting, and operational preventative maintenance, improve efficiencies and reduce costs, develop and implement capital budget, including design, bidding of capital plant projects, maintain knowledge of current regulatory compliance.  Reports to General Manager.
