We're looking for a Crew Lead/Laborer who is willing to work alongside a hardscape construction crew to build outdoor-living construction projects throughout the Kansas City metro area.

The Crew Lead/Laborer will report directly to the Foreman/Project Manager and will be expected to work alongside the crew while staying focused and productive.

This is a very hands-on position and requires applicant to perform any task asked of the team members. Crew Lead/Laborer will contribute to worksite safety and cleanliness, provide excellent customer service and exhibit quality workmanship. It is important that the Crew Lead/Laborer bring consistent, positive energy to the team.
