The Regional OEM Segment Lead will work in close association with the Field Sales Teams assisting them in selling Rockwell's products and services into Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) and machinery builders, and assure the continued growth rate of the OEM Solutions business within the assigned OEM Segment. This role is responsible for increasing Rockwell's market share, analyzing the segment to identify trends and opportunities, constructing a strategic account plan, and influencing a group of associated Sales staff assigned within the Segment.
Develops a business plan to grow the OEM segment business in North America and coordinate with the Global Segment leader while ensuring alignment of strategies with the business units.
Implements best-in-class sales processes to drive results. Ensure all account planning and metrics are done on a regular basis in support of the company's strategies. (Front log management and reporting is integral to this process.)
Ensures growth in Global OEM Solutions Industry client base through expanding existing relationships including the C-level leveraging multiple buying influences within worldwide OEM Solutions Industry companies.
Ensures strategies are developed with OEM's and Strategic Accounts that support the strategies for the OEM Solutions industry.
8 or more years' experience in sales, marketing or operations in the automation field with significant sales experience in the OEM Solutions Industry delivering information services and business solutions with a successful track record of managing large groups of people and total sales in excess of $100 million with evidence of significant annual growth.
Software Industry Experience
Previous global sales experience is preferred
Knowledge of technology, solutions and services in the industrial automation market
Strong understanding of various channels to market and how each one operates
Ability to work with and gain confidence of senior level personnel (internal and external) in a highly collaborative, matrixed stakeholder organization
Strong strategy focus with continuous improvement mind-set
Resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Proven track record of:

exhibiting highest level of integrity, exceptional judgement and bias for action
aligning and influencing critical stakeholders
creativity and innovation
Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel greater than 50% of time.
The total target compensation range for this role in Colorado is 150k-187k of which 70% is base salary and 30% is variable.
