The purpose of this position is to provide Commissioning (Cx)Deployment Program Management from low to medium cross-functional projects and programs for a large technology client in Sunnyvale, CA.
The Deployment Program Manager is responsible for tracking and managing our client's many construction projects using dashboards and other metrics / KPI tracking tools. The Program Manager will work with internal and external Data Center teams to drive Quality initiatives, review construction issues found during Data Center Commissioning (Cx), develop reports containing critical or common Cx issues between projects and work with stakeholders on program improvements for future projects. This role will work closely with a team of cross-functional stakeholders across the organization, helping relevant stakeholders to develop, optimize and oversee our quality data systems.
The Deployment Program Manager will work independently with minimal guidance and proactively use available resources to meet deadlines and complete tasks. On a day to day basis, the individual with performer Defect Escape Analysis (DEA) to support continual improvement with Data Center Construction. The DEA efforts will include gathering Cx issue data from construction projects, review/analyze Cx issue data, develop reports and meet with stakeholders to identify actions items along with corrective actions and preventive plans.
Review Cx Issues and propose process improvements/script changes to mitigate those issues. Support team in analyzing Defect Escape Analysis Data. Prepare quarterly reports on Cx Issues analysis (Defect Escape Analysis) Support roll out of Cx Changemagement initiative Ability to visualize, design and execute data representation to meet the program needs and manage the communication across the organization Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to complete project deliverables related to Cx Script Management
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
