CBRE is looking for a BIM Data Integration Sr. Project Manager to manage BIM support services for a large technology client. This job is in the New York.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for BIM support of facilities management and operations, asset lifecycle data and system integration, including BIM CMMS integration and BIM for commissioning data integration
Define and document BIM data requirements for various stakeholders' business needs
Develop BIM data templates to enable integration with other systems
Support the end-to-end data integration process development with various stakeholders
Responsible for the enforcement of BIM data policy to ensure quality and accuracy
Provide BIM technical support to business requirement document creation
Provide BIM support for integration POCs and pilot projects
Participate UAT testing and provide feedback
CMMS deliverable review report
Project/product CMMS weekly meeting
CMMS template update and maintenance
BIM data requirement documentation
Process map to reflect updated BIM process based on new business requirements
Written documentation regarding all meetings and correspondences
Written monthly status reports outlining work that has been performed by Contractors
Manages 3rd party project delivery/BIM resources.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum six years of related experience and/or training.
Prior experience in a supervisory position (direct report responsibilities) required if specific duties include direct report responsibilities.
Knowledge and prior experience with Autodesk's BIM 360 Ops is highly desirable
Knowledge of BIM lifecycle integration tools and processes Must have a working knowledge of CMMS systems Knowledge of the principles and practices of engineering design. Ability to read and interpret design standards and specifications, blueprints, drawings, redlines, etc. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Must have excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
