RESPONSIBILITIES:  Performs the design, estimation, and staking of new residential and commercial electric service in accordance with the Cooperative and RUS specifications.  This position involves both field and office work.  Ability to work with the public and function in all types of outside weather conditions. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Good communications skills needed.  Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel programs.  Experience in the construction industry a plus.  Valid driver's license required.
