Galerie Living is seeking a corporate level, Architectural/Creative Design team member with excellent organization and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task and be capable of helping develop and expand concepts with various consultants and contractors. Qualifications:
Significant experience in High-end Hospitality and/or High-end Residential design/details
Degree in Architecture
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Knowledge of Bluebeam, Photoshop, Sketch-up, and PowerPoint preferred
Knowledge of traditional Architectural detailing
Responsibilities and Duties:
Support production of design directive documents for all phases of projects from Concept, Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration
Help ensure design intent, client goals and project directives are followed by the various architectural firms we employ
Assist coordination with in-house and out-of-house architects, designers, consultants, vendors and contractors
Support problem resolution and other issues that may arise during construction
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including in person site visits
