The Director, Customer Data Platform and Tag Management is responsible for leading operations and execution of the analytics tag management and customer data platform (CDP), inclusive of creating business processes, analytic tag container/data layer governance, creating platform use cases, integrations with other data/reporting platforms, platform metrics development, and application of functional expertise to improve ongoing system administration. The individual in this role will also be responsible for oversight of direct report(s) that manage day-to-day CDP/Tag Management execution and implementation.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• CDP/tag management business platform owner, leads continuous improvements, optimization, add on capabilities
• Sets vision and direction for implementation and integration of a CDP/Tag Management system
• Defines, analyzes, and develops system features and requirements
• Leads efforts across cross-functional teams to create and implement analytic tag governance, standards and methodologies that support system functionality aligned with the US Pharma requirements
• Leads creation of SOP/Work Instructions, centralized digital asset tag management services, digital asset data containers and data layers USE CASES and constructs
• Assesses, oversees, and implements new ways of optimizing the CDP/Tag Mgt capabilities to enrich target audience profiles, support next best actions, leverage and synergize with decision engines, to improve speed to market, orchestration of promotional personalization
• Leads delivery of messaging, communication, and internal stakeholder outreach related to system implementation and/or ongoing administration as necessary
• Business and data flow strategist, digital/analytics data interface within NVS data repositories, selected analytics suite (e.g.: Google 360) reporting configurations
• Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues as necessary and leads the address of internal customer concerns where required to enable rapid delivery
