The CBRE HSE Emergency Response Supervisor position is part of the overall EHS Operations Team providing detailed disaster response and emergency preparedness development and management. This position ensures the overall emergency response and disaster response readiness of all client locations across the Bay Area.
General EHS Responsibilities
Help develop and conduct emergency response training program in the following areas:
Earthquake Response training
First Aid/CPR and AED certification training
Search and Rescue training
ACT20 - Rapid and Detailed Building Damage Assessment
Advance Medical Care training
Fire Extinguisher Response training
Other safety related training as directed
Develop and conduct monthly and quarterly emergency responder refresher training sessions
Assist with the development and implementation of large scale emergency response drills.
Any additional duties delegated by the EHS Emergency Management Program Manager
Position Specific Responsibilities - Emergency Response
Maintain all emergency response equipment throughout the Bay Area in a readiness status.
Schedule upcoming emergency response training sessions on go/GROW
Promote the volunteer emergency response program across the Bay Area campus
Develop, implement and conduct monthly emergency response refresher training sessions.
Develop, implement and conduct any additional safety training programs as directed by the EHS OPS Team.
Maintaining all emergency response training records.
Working knowledge of and experience operating in the Incident Command System.
Experience with developing emergency response training programs.
Minimum 3 years experience conducting emergency response training.
Minimum of 3 years in a dedicated emergency response related field
FEMA ICS 100.b, 200, 700 Certifications, Certified Trainer, Rope Rescue Technician I/II, Certified First Aid/CPR Trainer, CERT Certified, other Safety or Emergency Response related certifications

Bachelor's degree in an emergency management, safety science, or similar field. Minimum of 5 years of EHS specific or practical emergency response experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
