Dunwoody College of Technology is seeking an energeticResidence Life and Retention Coordinator.In addition to managing student housing andresidence life, this person will help coordinate retention efforts for our Construction Sciences and Building Technologies programs during on-campus office hours.This is a unique opportunity where we need your expertise in residence life and student advising. This is a live-in position at our student housing site.
Dunwoody College of Technology Student Housing is located at a private student apartment complex in the Prospect Park neighborhood near the University of Minnesota. The person in this rolelives onsite in a two bedroom apartment which is one part of the total compensation.
What you will get to do:
Provide high quality support throughout the resident’s lifecycle; from initial interest to move-out.
Use your expertise to expand upon our residential life curriculum
Collaborate withour Construction Sciences and Building Technologies academic programs to help students of concern and build out engaging retention campaigns backed by data and current trends.
Grow our residence life program by partnering with our Admissions’ department, attending open houses, engaging current residents, and marketing our program to families and students.
Build a strong relationship with our Property Manager and their team to create a quality living experience for our students
Serve as a critical member of the Student Affairs team.

Additional Salary Information: $2,400 stipend and $20,000 housing
