Associate General Counsel

| Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Associate General Counsel, Commercial/Transactional located in Denver, Colorado. This role is a director level position and reports to the Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, you will be the legal point-of-contact for one of the three business divisions and responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including negotiation of commercial contracts, supply agreements, distribution agreements and monitoring of antitrust, anti-corruption and data privacy compliance. You will collaborate with internal clients at all levels of management to effectively balance the goal of minimizing legal risk to the JM business while supporting and assisting in the achievement of its business and strategic objectives. You must have the ability to work confidently with a high level of independence and responsibility to provide legal advice and support directly to the business clients within the division you support. What You Bring to the Team:
Applicants can expect to make between $180,000 to $225,000 upon hire. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan, as well as to participate in our long-term incentive program. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
