Job Summary — The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch including sales, estimating, project management, warehouse operations, and administrative staff.

The General Manager is responsible and accountable for:

• Oversight of day-to-day operations of the warehouse, sales, project management, and office staff
• Managing daily plan to exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Directing staff to maximize all potential customer relationships/orders
• Enforcing safety on all aspects of work
• Profit and Loss
• Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and training appropriate number of employees
• Some payroll duties including scheduling time off
• Managing customer relationships
