Responsible for promoting and ensuring site safety, schedule, and comprehensive knowledge for the day-to-day field operations for their assigned project(s)
Supervise and effectively manage multiple trade contractors for construction projects of varying scopes and in a fast-paced environment
Monitor job costing, quality and quantity reporting, forecasting, and productivity
Understand, support, and maintain project safety in accordance with the company's Safety Policy and Procedure Manual
Experience with and the ability to effectively coordinate and supervise subcontractor trades, manage project schedules, oversee and ensure quality control and safety for construction projects
Ability to understand and ensure compliance with prime contract and subcontract terms and obligations
Create "look ahead" schedules to integrate into the master schedule.
Manage quality control with inspections and punch lists
Review as-builts to ensure they are in compliance
Minimum 8+ years of experience in the construction industry
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Have technical knowledge in a wide range of construction markets
An industry-related college degree is preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Working knowledge of construction methods and materials
Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in Viewpoint, Bluebeam, and MS Project is preferred
Strong leadership skills coupled with a positive attitude
