A facilities manager's duties will entail maintaining the buildings and grounds at Seacrest Country Day School, overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects, and coordinating safety inspections. The Facilities Manager is in charge of a budget and must negotiate with outside vendors for supplies, repairs, and other measures. Capital projects and remodeling projects will require the Facilities Manager to liaison with the outside Construction Manager, advocate on Seacrest’s behalf, and monitor progress on the project.
