A minimum of five years of experience in a commercial project assistant/coordinator/engineer position to include project accounting, plan management, overall construction knowledge and experience, and general construction knowledge
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Experience with Bluebeam and AutoCAD desirable
An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired may be substituted.
The ability to work in and move about an office setting. The ability to use a computer and other office equipment. The ability to commute to offsite locations to attend meetings and/or inspect properties. Strength and stamina to inspect various facilities which may include standing for extended periods of time, stooping, kneeling and walking on uneven terrain at construction sites, climbing ladders, scaffoldings and stairs; strength to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. The ability to read printed materials and a computer screen. The ability to communicate in person and over the telephone.
