MBA or Master's degree in relevant field preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
Demonstrated experience with Financial systems and data query tools
Experience with general ledger and general accounting practices. Strong, demonstrable Excel skills and hands-on experience with analysis and modeling (e.g., fully versed using pivot tables, VLOOKUP functionality, formulas etc.)
Advanced knowledge of budget management, financial analysis and financial modelling; working knowledge of accounting principles.
Demonstrated experience with financial systems and data query tools (i.e. Smartview/ Brio). Experience with Oracle financial systems preferred.
Strong background and experience with construction project management, property budget oversight, higher education and non-profit management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative working style with excellent consultative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
