We are seeking a Senior Manager, Implementations to work remote from home with 50% travel M-F and sometimes over weekends for upgrades to existing customers.

Manages team that is responsible for the installation and support of conveyor systems, automation equipment, documentation, & training - responsible for the successful commissioning of mail order, central fill, and specialty pharmacies
Is responsible for scheduling, implementing & supporting automation equipment and applications, conveyor systems and/or hardware for one or more products or areas
Consults with customer on implementation requirements -works on projects that often involve network, server, or software implementation & upgrades
Provides analytic support throughout the implementation process to ensure successful link to business objectives/goals - update installation processes with the evolution of the business and industry standards.
Schedule coordination and management of technical installation resources in multiple disciplines including mechanical installation, electrical and network installation.
Will provide hardware support to customers throughout the year.
Work with account management to support existing customers including upgrades and enhancements to existing customer systems
Manage and schedule 3rd party installation contracting services
Manage personal development of team - responsible for continued education and improvement of skills to match and exceed industry standards
Knowledge of conveyor systems, pneumatic systems and network devices.
Knowledge of industrial construction concepts and standards, industrial electrical design and installation
Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Excel, Word, Solid Works and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers, PLC programming software and the input/output devices that connect to the PLC, to produce a working system.
Must be a self-starter/self-directed with the ability to work with minimal direction.
May work independently; as a supervisor; or as a team member depending on project requirements.
Must be able to communicate with all levels of management to review project tasks and status.
Typically has 6 - 9 years field support engineering experience, and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Subject matter expert on diverse product offerings or software applications
Good understanding of relevant healthcare industry knowledge within the business (e.g., project revenue cycle) combined with technical expertise
Basic knowledge/use of professional concepts
Awareness of tools available to track project deliverables
Basic understanding of data handling requirements of PHI & PCI
4-year degree or equivalent experience in electronic system installation and troubleshooting
Ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds
Position requires extensive travel (50%) M-F, and sometimes over weekends for upgrades to existing customers.
