Project Architect: Looking for a creative and enthusiastic young architect to participate in a team dynamic, working on multiple projects of a diverse nature. You must understand the importance of service to our clients, team collaboration and respect our mission of designing Environments for Life.
Construction Contract Administrator: Looking for a seasoned professional that understands the importance of collaboration with the clients, contractors, engineers and other team members to successfully bring home the completion of a project. Construction is the last opportunity for the firm to exceed our clients expectations and fulfill our mission to provide Environments for Life.
Project Architect: Bachelor degree in Architecture, 5 - 10 years experience in architecture, understanding of building codes and specifications, experience in Revit, and comfort with project team coordination and client contact.
Construction Admin: 10 - 20 years experience, knowledge of design, building codes, construction processes and construction contracts. Regional travel is expected. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Bluebeam and scheduling software. Understands the physical demands necessary on a construction site including but not limited to climbing scaffolding. ladders and navigating excavations. Understanding of all on site safety measures. Familiarity wit CAD and/or Revit is a plus.
