What you will do:
Together with the software team, develop a testing strategy/framework for Software testing during the developmental phase.
Responsible for end-to end test activities ensuring 100% test coverage.
Planning, execution, Monitoring, controlling and closing of test activities.
Introducing best practices and influencing the process improvement.
Lead the team of automation test engineers.
What you will need:
8-12 years of work experience with educational qualification: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech./MCA - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunications
Proficient in using Selenium or any other web automation testing tool.
Experience in creation and maintenance if automation framework.
Working experience of Application Lifecycle Management tools like Quality Center, Jama etc.
Prior experience in development and execution of application system testing in a product development environment.
Experience working on cloud technologies.
Analytical, restorative, and strong communication skills.
Ability to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
Enjoys being part of an international team. Fluent English required.
Strong interpersonal skills and people influencing skills. Should be able to negotiate between the development team, systems, quality, and project manager.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Open and quick to learn and explore new tools and technologies.
Familiar with setting up of test environment for V&V activities
Knowledge of Databases and constructing SQL commands
Proficient in API testing (using tools like Postman, RestAssured, and SOAPUI)
Proficient in databases such as (Postgres, MySQL, SQLite)
Experience with revision control tools like Perforce and GitLab.
Good to have:
Experience of End-to-End GUI test Automation using Automation tools like - UFT, Squish, Slenium
Working knowledge of Docker.
Working knowledge of Microsoft project
Working knowledge of Jenkins (using pipeline for CI/CD)
Working knowledge of Cucumber Studio
Proficient in Performance testing tools - Jmeter, Locust
