We Offer In this role you will be responsible for accompanying key regional and global business partners, clients and our Credit Suisse agile IT developers, from project beginning to end with a successful transformation of part of our business value chain with focus on enabling the client channel in our China onshore franchise. Expected to bridge both sides of the table, and ensure that your proposed solutions within the overall platform context meets and exceeds the requirements set by the various partners. Your input is critical from the very start of a project; from initial client value proposition and client experience setting to idea building, process construction, and final implementation. Business Platform Owners (Agile/Scrum Product Owners) are also in constant contact with Credit Suisse senior management, the internal IT developing team, external vendors and Senior Program Leaders. This is a leadership role that requires strong organization and communication skills. You are the glue that holds clients, internal partners and project developers together; yours is the job of elucidating, educating, and developing healthy and long-lasting internal relationships within Credit Suisse. Lastly, you will work with the Business Integration team to communicate new capabilities to the Front Office, as well as working with Marketing & Communications teams to communicate to clients. Primary Responsibilities: â€¢ Ensure end-to-end requirements around our Digital Private Banking platform for China onshore are gathered and well-understood â€¢ Work with our user experience designers to come up with a compelling user interface â€¢ As Product Owner prioritize the book of work for agile IT development scrum team and external vendor products, balancing non-functional and functional improvements, required end of life / end of support upgrades and bug fixes â€¢ Ensure all parties (business and IT) are aware of product vision, the scope of the MVP, the expected benefits (and measure the benefits it actually realizes) and the project timelines â€¢ Identify risks, dependencies and issues early and actively drive respective mitigations â€¢ Identify key partners on the business lines and support departments from front to back upon new initiatives â€¢ Engage local and regional partners by providing updates through informal or formal meetings and ensure decisions are adequately syndicated and documented by relevant partners â€¢ Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results with the help of SME / work stream leads for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing â€¢ Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery breakthroughs â€¢ Accountable for platform stability of owned capabilities Your future colleagues

Ability to establish and communicate product vision:
Develop an innovative 'Product' vision & roadmap based on business, technical, and opportunity assessments, utilizing domain experience.
Coordinate with key business partners, align and maintain the product vision. Represent vision and the functional requirements of the business community to delivery team, being the first source of information
Convey the product vision to the scrum team and organization
Help broaden and deepen domain knowledge in Scrum teams
Actively handle agile project progress against quality standards, targets and budgets and challenging actions, results and activities
Follow market trends and be aware of competitor offerings
Actively establish strong domain understanding both deep and broad for the relevant end-to-end processes. Understanding user pain-points, process flaws, operational risks, compliance requirements, etc.
Proficient in Mandarin and English to ensure active communication locally and regionally
Scrum team leadership, organization and delivery:
Define and prioritize product roadmap and team backlog such that the solution effectively addresses program priorities while maintaining technical integrity, focusing on incremental delivery and strict bare Minimum Viable Product as first delivery.
Negotiate to prioritize items in Product Backlog that mitigates technical/financial/operational risk, accelerates team learning, best achieves expected outcomes and optimizes the value of the work performed.
Focus on early integration of systems
Ensure Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team is working on now and will work on next. Communicate and ensure team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level required
Handle, lead and mentor team members on how to execute the product vision / roadmap.
Strong stakeholder management:
Identify their needs, negotiate priorities between competing business partner interests, and then collaborate with developers to ensure that the requirements are implemented effectively.
Keep customers and/or users apprised of status and gather their feedback - testing, validating hypotheses regarding their needs
Identify, establish and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external decision-makers and partners. Influence or negotiate key product strategy decision points and breakthroughs
Qualifications and Skills:
Significant Experience in Product Ownership and/or Change management in Private Banking or Wealth Management Industry, or related consulting experience
Strong understanding of financial products and services
Experienced understanding of private banking client needs and industry challenges
Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus
