Manage game day operations and provide support services at athletic facilities and events. Assist with day to day operations in all athletic facilities.
Administrative oversight and implementation of venue operations, client/user experience and guest experience initiatives for Maverick Stadium to include personnel management, revenue production and internal controls. Knowledge of NCAA Division I Athletics rules and regulations, specifically track and field and baseball. Constructs and initiates all Facility Use Agreements and Invoices to all campus and off-campus entities/groups, promoters, talent purveyors and venue tenants. Oversees part time employees/event staff hiring, payroll, and absent reports. Assists with day to day operations of all athletic facilities. Manages all home UTA baseball game day operations, will work other home games as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree. Two (2) years of supervisory/managerial experience at the Division I level or the equivalent experience.
Master's degree in sports administration or a related field. Five (5) years of experience managing an athletic facility/staff at the Division I level. NCAA rules knowledge.
