The Operations Manager, Global Business Operations - ISC Deliver Capability role supports the execution of Organisational Transformation within the Deliver Capability of Integrated Supply Chain (ISC ). The Deliver Capability consists of Customer Care and Logistics teams operating globally to service our customers. The Operations Manager, Global Business Operations - ISC Deliver Capability is an influential and respected individual and is held accountable for leading a team of Business Analysts to successfully implement organisational and process change which deliver against desired outcomes. This is a global role, location is flexible globally , preferably within proximity to a Rockwell Automation facility.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The role of Operations Manager, Global Business Operations - ISC Deliver Capability , is responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts (BA) who support and/or lead activities related to Customer Care & Logistics focused on the organisation and process transformation and employee development which supports Customer Experience, Supply Chain Development, Enterprise Initiatives and Productivity, with varying levels of complexity. Driving successful change management to implement new concepts and help transform the ways in which the organisation operates. Significant engagement with stakeholders across multiple functions may be required. This role assures that the BA team is successful through development of standard working practises, tools, and reporting; development of the team's skills and capabilities; and providing coaching and oversight for their work. This role also balances work among the BAs and interacts with ISC Deliver Capability leadership for prioritizing activities. The manager coordinates work that is completed by direct reports as well as work that may be completed in other regions/functional areas. In addition to managing the BA work, this role will also lead complex projects that support the integrated supply chain.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering preferred; other bachelor's level degrees or experience will be considered.
Minimum 8 or more years of business work experience with broad exposure to various business segments, with previous experience of managing a team.
Minimum 5 or more years of direct leadership experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in change management & leadership, managing risks before they are issues.
Ability to influence critical stakeholders, and teams outside span of control.
Demonstrated experience with change management tools and practices.
Interacts with the global team members well and is a team player.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) to various levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience with change management principles, techniques & tools.
Knowledge of Rockwell BU/functional structures, capabilities, and policies
Understands complexities of distributor network and end customers.
Familiarity with technical integration - how people, process, and technology work together.
Collaborates and teams effectively within and across business units and roles.
Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization.
Identifies and manages competing priorities and initiatives for the ISC business.
