Serve as the point of contact to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners to resolve a variety of workplace issues and concerns that impact the employee experience
Gather and analyze factsand data, applying relevant laws, policies, andbestpractices to reach conclusions and recommendations
Provide expertise, consultation, mentorship, and coaching to managers to address employee behavior and performance concerns
Provide advice and assist with the development and delivery of appropriate feedback or corrective/disciplinary actions
Lead various processes including, but not limited to,complex investigations,workplace accommodations, leave management, and involuntary separations
Serve as facilitator for all employeeinternalgrievances of employment actions and practices
Work with ER leadership team to identify trends and develop initiatives to support our teams
Assist in the development of programs, policies, and procedures that promote fair and equitable employee relations and business decisions
Maintain required documentation, including intake and investigative notes, supporting documents, and final report
5+ years experience in an employee relations or HR Business Partner role
