The New Business Innovations is a group within Deloitte Consulting responsible for incubating and scaling new technology-enabled breakthrough ideas that address our clients' most pressing business challenges.
Our Smart Factory is an innovative space will be designed for customized, interactive client experiences, and will be furnished with Industry 4.0 technologies - the application of physical and digital technologies from startups and leading manufacturing hardware and software solution providers, in pursuit of enhanced performance and value (however defined).
Work you'll do
As the Hybrid Market Offering Leader, you will serve as the Leader of the service and software-enabled offerings, integrating product capabilities and people-based services. You will be responsible for the following job functions:
Lead development of:
Methods and frameworks
Delivery models and staffing strategies
Monetization strategies and development
Integrate closely with product managers and development teams to shape the features and capability of the assets
Sponsor development of Deloitte IP, business/functional requirements and integration with offering services and capability including talent group leadership
Develop and lead organization as business expands
Key outcomes of this role include:
Suite of value-add-services enabled by software assets that generate benefits for our clients and software and service-based revenue for Deloitte
Deloitte IP that is clearly differentiated in the market
Expertise with key commercialization constructs, including collection of voice-of-the-customer data, development of marketing strategies, and deal structuring
10+ years of relevant, progressively advancing experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Demonstrated knowledge in high-growth business models/constructs, sales enablement, and both the management consulting and technology industries
Strong business acumen including working experience in business strategy and project management with an unyielding focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables)
Proven ability to successfully partner with all levels within the firm, including internal senior stakeholders from various parts of the organization (e.g., Product/Offering Leadership, Alliances, etc.), with varying degrees of technical aptitude, and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally
Ability to absorb and recollect a large amount of detail while displaying outstanding verbal communications skills in order convey complex business issues and/or industry trends in a clear, concise, and impactful style
Ability to effectively manage teams to achieve defined goals, including the ability to manage competing priorities across a matrixed group of stakeholders
Team player with a "customer focused" mentality along and the ability to manage competing priorities across a matrixed group of stakeholders
Exceptional storyboarding and PowerPoint skills
Successful operating in an unstructured environment
Open to travel as needed (up to 20%)
