Require experienced Architectural Design Assistant(S)/AutoCAD Technician(S) to join the firm to assist in all aspects of design and construction information. The role will have a hands-on approach in all aspects the overall project design and construction documentation.

The ability to think outside of the box with the ability to hand sketch would be advantageous.

Experience in residential and commercial projects, with documented knowledge of all aspects of production information from conceptual design, design development and construction documents, including permittable construction documents and large-scale detailing. 

The ability to work individually whilst being part of a collaborative team environment is essential.

Must have a demonstrated and thorough knowledge of residential construction methods for custom single-family, multi-family, commercial/mixed use, and resort style projects.

Experience using both Residential State & International Building Codes, plus all aspects of project and drawing management is required.

The ability to take and or produce sketch concept designs and format those into full computer-generated drawings is essential.

Must have experience in the preparation of full sets of construction documentation, drawing management systems, and construction detailing.

A demonstrated experience and thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and Microsoft computer software are desired.

Licensed in the U.S as an Architect is preferred, or the ability to become licensed / NCARB certified within 6 months of employment.

Remote working may be considered. Each candidate will be reviewed on a case by case basis and is subject upon candidates level of experience, skillset and their ability to work remotely.
