University of Missouri - St. Louis, a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference, is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Women's Softball Coach. This position is a 12-month full time position with benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and managing the women's softball program within the guidelines of the NCAA Division II level, conference and institution. Responsibilities will include assisting the head coach with recruiting, organization of practices in and out of season, skill and player development, management of travel, academic oversight of student-athletes, community service, facility maintenance, and involvement with the management of camps.

Pay commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Masters preferred. A minimum of two years of successful coaching and recruiting as a head coach is preferred in a collegiate setting. Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills are required, as well as a strong knowledge of current teaching techniques in the sport of baseball.
