As the Renovation Projects Regional Director, you will be responsible for major renovation and capital improvement projects for the entire organization. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Implement overall renovation strategy.
Manage the planning and design process, and work directly with architect and the consultant team to prepare construction documents for bidding purposes.
Prepare financial models, renovation schedules, and design/construction contracts.
Coordinate renovation purchases with Strategic Building Services department to streamline future purchases.
Prepare renovation status reports for Senior Management.
Requirements: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Construction Management and a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction/renovations; Computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business related software desired. Ability to read blueprints, to accurately analyze and project construction costs, scheduled, and updates on monthly basis.
20% travel. Reliable transportation required.
