Answer telephone inquiries concerning technology including questions regarding SSO ids, passwords, MFA, Secure Auth, networking, Canvas, email, general purpose software and hardware.
* Install and configure desktop computer systems running Windows, Macintosh OS and peripherals. * Help faculty, staff, and students get connected to the campus network via VPN (virtual private network), wireless devices and wired devices * Relocate desktop computers, projectors and peripherals in labs, classrooms, and faculty/staff offices as required. * Provide computing and av hardware support, including preventative maintenance for the academic classrooms across campus, including the student computer labs * Interact with coworkers and supervisor to determine customer support procedures that benefit the campus community. * Provide installation of faculty and staff computers. * Provide virus remediation * Provide and maintain laptops for checkout. * Provide desktop reimaging services * The ability to support Managed Printing and software associated with printing. * Provide TritonCards for Faculty, Staff, Students and vendors
