Avison Young – Product Manager – Full Time, Chicago, IL | Washington, DC | Charlotte, NC  | Atlanta, GA | Austin, TX

Product Manager will execute assigned projects by serving as a liaison between users, developers, and business stakeholders, driving product adoption and business value, setting and communicating best practices, developing software and data requirements, acceptance testing software and data processing, and overseeing product rollouts and communication strategies.

• Drive adoption and maximize business value of products and data through direct engagement with end users regarding enhancements, defects, and strategy of products.
• Support the daily business needs of end users by leveraging products, tools, technologies, and data to produce results.
• Manage the customer feedback lifecycle, soliciting constructive feedback and incorporating ideas into product strategy and roadmap.
• Propose and roll out best practices to improve outcomes for our end users and to improve our own efficiency and productivity.
• Create software requirements and specifications in collaboration with subject matter experts, end users, and product leadership.
• Work on cross-functional Agile Scrum team to oversee development and deployment of software and other technology solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
• 2+ years direct experience in a software development-related role

Experience you might have:

• Working with end users of technology and data platforms
• Working on solutions for commercial real estate problems
• Working with and managing data in relational database
• Product demonstrations, documentation, and release support
• Experience with ETL processes, SQL queries, and product analytics
