Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor in assigning, scheduling, and ensuring all corrective and preventative maintenance functions are being performed in an accurate and safe manner.
- Provide guidance to zone technicians in their area of responsibility and ensure quality control / assurance of work activities.
- Assist / perform repairs activities across all building systems: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
- Complete preventative maintenance activities on buildings / systems as assigned.
- Participate in the emergency, on-call rotation as assigned and respond within a timely manner.
- Provide accurate documentation of work activities and tasks completion.
- This position will work second shift and is required to work during mandatory weekend events.
- Proposed salary range will be $19.00 - $21.50, including shift differential.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma of GED equivalency
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a skilled trade: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction
- Minimum two (2) years experience with personnel supervision
- Basic level of proficiency with web based applications and office software
