Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Maintenance Supervisor in assigning, scheduling, and ensuring all corrective and preventative maintenance functions are being performed in an accurate and safe manner.
Provide guidance to zone technicians in their area of responsibility and ensure quality control / assurance of work activities.
Assist / perform repairs activities across all building systems: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
Complete preventative maintenance activities on buildings / systems as assigned.
Participate in the emergency, on-call rotation as assigned and respond within a timely manner.
Provide accurate documentation of work activities and tasks completion.
This position will work second shift and is required to work during mandatory weekend events.
Proposed salary range will be $19.00 - $21.50, including shift differential.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma of GED equivalency
Minimum five (5) years experience in a skilled trade: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction
Minimum two (2) years experience with personnel supervision
Basic level of proficiency with web based applications and office software

Salary Grade: 107 Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.50
