Position: Greater Nashville Apartment Association President Description The President is the principal paid staff person with the responsibility of the management of the Association. The President recommends and participates in the formulation of new policies and makes decisions within existing policies as they have been approved by the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. The President plans, organizes, directs and coordinates the staff, programs and activities of the Association to assure that the strategic plan objectives are attained, plans fulfilled, and member needs met.
