Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time CDL Driver for the Atlantic Ambulance in Livingston to work the day shift.
Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule and available for special deliveries and Holidays as needed by the department
Demonstrates good customer service skills, and respect to all employees/customers, including handling grievances professionally.
Must be in full Uniform including a visible ID badge, key peg and maintain a professional appearance Vehicles are to be cleaned inside and out daily, fueled after each shift, and all required equipment is in vehicle .Oil and all fluid levels must be checked before the shift and Rig Check Sheets are to be completed and turned in daily
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Swipes in and out on time
Completes tasks and assignments in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
Adheres to all Atlantic Health and Atlantic Ambulance Policy and Procedures
Completes all required training and maintains all required certifications and licenses
Contributes to a team environment
Must attend at least 50% of all Transportation staff meetings
Work effectively and relate with others, including supervisors, colleagues, and internal and external customers.
Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and maintain constructive working relationships.
High School diploma or GED required
3+ years CDL driving experience preferred
Valid NJ CDL (Class B with airbrakes) with clean driving record required
Current/valid DOT physical; completes random DOT required drug and alcohol testing as required
