As a Project Architect, your responsibilities will include the following:
Code Analysis and compliance
Document design concepts
Preparing complete high-quality SD, DD and CD drawing sets
Write project specifications
Coordinating consultant drawings and schedule
Lead Bidding Phase services
Lead Construction Admin services
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years experience as a project architect
Healthcare project experiencepreferred but not required
Revit expertise
Capable of translating design concepts from designers & planners
Capable of preparing complete high-quality DD and CD drawing sets
Capable of writing specifications
Capable of coordinating consultant team
Capable of leading the Construction Admin services
Collaborative team player
Organized & focused
Motivated & self-directed
Decisive & confident
Professional & personable
Professional Architecture Degree preferred but not required
Utah license or NCARB certification preferred but not required
