Head Coach - Esports
Fontbonne University, a Catholic coeducational institution, sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, offering both bachelors and master’s degrees, seeks qualified individuals for a part-time Head Esports Coach. Fontbonne is a member of NACE.
Responsibilities
Planning, organizing and managing all phases of the Esports program including recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes
Will foster and support the overall growth and maturation of the student-athlete.
Manage the Esports budget
Design and execution of practice and game plans
Construction of season schedules
Supervision and development of gamers
Assist with the design of the Esports competition and practice arena
Other duties assigned by the Associate Athletics Director or the Director of Athletics
The successful candidate must be compliant with all rules, regulations, and policies set forth by League of Legends, Valorant, RocketLeague and Fontbonne University.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, plus two to three years experience coaching or gaming.
Preferred experience: Competitive gaming experience and knowledge of console and tabletop gaming
