Job Description Coordinates and manages architects and engineers in the design and conception of constructions projects; primarily focusing on new construction projects. Responsible for the management of all project types from design to completion to include cost estimates, bidding, award, oversight, payments, and close-out.
Required Skills
B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration, Masters preferred, and 5-8 years work experience with 3+ years of management experience.
Advanced analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional project/process management knowledge.
