The Project Architect will support the architectural team to assist with the design process for multi-family and hospitality projects using Autodesk REVIT Architecture Software.

As a Project Architect, you will manage:
Design multi-family and hospitality projects.
Design new construction, historic adaptive reuse projects, and acquisition rehab projects.
Work closely with Real Estate Development team to analyze sites for potential developments.
Work closely with the Construction Department for estimating, construction documents, and construction.

Team Member Development & Training
Project Architect Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture or related field.
Five years of related experience, preferably in multi-family housing.
Strong knowledge of building systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
Regional travel may be required from time to time.

The work consists of full architecture spectrum, ranging from design to applying the building codes and life safety, to working on the project content to overseeing the construction administration process.
