Seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to develop new business opportunities, grow the Kovach Brand, and build relationships within the architectural and design communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new Clients, Architects, Contractors, and Owners that lead to expanded work opportunities and increased sales and revenue.
Develop and implement sales presentations and provide product education training to General Contractors and Designers on company product offerings.
Actively participate and support industry associations such as AIA, and CSI.
Responsible for identifying and prospecting for new Architectural customers.
Work closely with architects to identify client needs and support opportunities.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities and emerging markets.

Skills and Knowledge:
15 years proven sales and business development experience with a company greater than $10 million in revenue.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in specialty subcontracting construction or construction related field; ability to read construction documents (Architectural & Structural Drawings)
Proven Communication and Presentation Skills
Experience with working with architects and custom builders, preferably within building enclosures systems
Strong professional presence with the ability and confidence to professionally present to large groups, specifically architects and project teams
An understanding of construction specifications and building enclosures including but not limited to Glass, Metal, and IMP systems.
The ability to find creative solutions to problems and think outside the box.
Capable of presenting effectively in front of varying sized groups both in person and virtually
Experience with Salesforce and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including power point and Excel.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
10 years of industry experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license, registered and insured motor vehicle in compliance with state and company requirements.
