Job Summary:
We are seeking an adjunct Instructor in Communication to join our team. As an adjunct, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality lectures and workshops to undergraduate students. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the department to develop and deliver engaging and interactive lectures on topics such as public speaking and oral communication.
- Implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the learning needs of diverse students.
- Utilize multimedia resources and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Assess student learning through assignments, exams, and other forms of evaluation.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their communication skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Stay up to date with advancements in the field of communication and incorporate them into teaching materials.
- Collaborate with other instructors and faculty members to develop and revise curriculum and instructional materials.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of various communication theories and practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and multimedia resources for teaching purposes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
