Position Overview:
The Pipefitter (Steamfitter) will install, repair and maintain chilled water and high temp hot water systems.

Reporting to the Steamfitter Shop Supervisor, the Pipe Fitter/Steamfitter will be responsible for the proper installation, maintenance and repair of the campus chilled water and high temperature, high pressure water distribution systems and performing other duties as assigned. These systems operate with temperatures ranging from 44 degrees Fahrenheit to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and pressures ranging from 12 psi to 400 psi.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Four years progressively responsible experience in the steamfitting trade.
Valid non-commercial Class C or equivalent driver's license
