• Process Documentation
• Variance Analysis
• WRAP Policies
• Financial audits
• Insurance audits
• Oversee AP and Payroll
• Implementation of new processes

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Residential Construction industry.
• 7-10 years accounting experience.
• A strong leader with a supportive, team-building style.
• Hands-on proficiency working across several departments.
• Attuned to deadlines and details.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Analytical and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ideally has helped create an accounting department.
