Summary

This position plans, budgets, oversees, and documents all aspect of the glass and glazing projects while maintaining accuracy and timeliness of all job functions under the direction of the President and Vice President. This position is an integral part of our team who will work alongside clients, suppliers, subcontractors and office staff.

Roles / Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Onsite measurement
• Estimating, including use of GDS estimating software
• Familiarity with entrances, storefronts, curtain walls, windows and all aspects of glass and glazing systems
• Able to analyze architectural details and shop drawings
• Make material takeoffs
• Obtain quotes from suppliers
• Review and confirm accuracy of orders along with forecasting delivery dates
• Interpret specifications and provide accurate detailed bids and proposals
• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality
• Field work, including inspecting jobs and meeting with Subcontractors and Project Managers as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must have 2-3 years of PM experience in the glass & glazing industry to be considered for employment.
