Position Summary:

• Mentors, motivates and supervises a variety of craft personnel overseeing behavior (attendance, compliance with University and Department guidelines etc), investigative activities, repair, and maintenance.
• Actively participates in planning of renovations, additions, outside vendors and knew construction at the university indicating the needs of operational integrity for university buildings.
• Oversees any outside vendors performing work on building systems.
• Participates with the Planning, QA and Regulatory Compliance division on load leveling and implementation of the preventative maintenance program for buildings and related equipment.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in supervision of building maintenance systems (electrical, mechanical operations and repair).
