Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, but maintains availability for shift work, on-call, and/or irregular schedules, including weekends as needed

Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of journey level structural maintenance tasks to include maintenance, repair, construction and alteration of various building structures.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required License and/or Certifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background/DMV check
