Analytics & Innovation, with a focus on CM/ITC, is responsible for planning, developing, communicating, implementation, and managing/evaluating current processes; this involves working cross-functionally the company's internal resources. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
What's expected in this role:
Constructs and articulates resource needs to deliver on project goals
Gain an understanding of how invoice to cash (ITC) processes work at a high level and the challenges ITC faces to help us imagine valuable solutions
Gain an understanding of the ITC data landscape and build valuable relationships with various teams involved with ITC data
Consults directly on data-driven solutions for new service offerings and strategic initiatives
Prepares and analyzes data. This can include: locating, profiling, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating or modeling
Applies query, data exploration and transformation, basic statistical methods and visualization techniques to create business insights or improve data quality
Produce, analyzes and shares insights from Key Performance Indicators
Serves as a trusted resource for broad and deep ITC (ex. Collections, credit, disputes, cash application, invoicing) subject matter expertise in the context of developing new business processes and technology solutions
Will be responsible for blueprinting existing processes to discover automation opportunities, exploring capabilities of new tools and technology, and integrating that technology into current and new business processes to streamline Data Management work streams
Work with cross-functional partners across our highly matrixed organization to understand both upstream inputs to, and downstream impact of, current and future processes
Communicates information so that it is easy to understand and influences others to take action based on the useful information provided
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
SQL highly preferred
Alteryx highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Tableau or like Visualization Tool
Experience with data management and data governance preferred
Project management experience preferred
Demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
