The Wexner Medical Center Project Manager in Facilities Design and Construction is responsible for capital building projects, renovations, mechanical/electrical and other projects as assigned. Facilitates and guides project development. Manages, supervises, directs and coordinates new construction and renovation projects through the entire project life cycle, including but not limited to budget/estimating, scheduling, planning/design, bidding, construction and closeout phases.Project delivery methods utilized include but not limited to Design/Bid/Build, Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk.
