We are seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to join our team, on a hybrid status, between the Washington, DC Navy Yard and home office. The ideal candidate will: Provides cost related analysis and assessments of ships, submarines, and related ship systems. Provides technical expertise, performs parametric tradeoff studies, and assesses cost estimates. Be proficient with using modern computational tools and spreadsheets to conduct cost assessments: Typical tools include the USN’s Visibility and Management of Operating Costs (VAMOSC) databases and Operating and Support Cost Analysis Model (OSCAM) suite of cost models for a variety of Operations and Support (O&M) costing tasks
