OVERVIEW In support of the Education & Events Department, this manager-level position is responsible for developing and executing the delivery of programs in support of Academy-led educational events and operational activities to serve member professional development and educational needs. This professional is part of a 3-person events and education team that collaborates with Academy staff and volunteers to plan and execute online and in-person programs in line with the Academy’s strategic plan. The Manager, Event Production and Operations, is a creative, solutions-oriented professional who wields a deep understanding of and experience with various technology platforms (such as ON24, Zoom, and more) to develop and deliver virtual, online, and in-person education
