The primary purpose of this position is the responsibility for the daily operation and maintenance of all HVAC and refrigeration equipment in all areas of the campus, including the repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment ranging from 1875-ton centrifugal chillers to window air conditioning units. This position is also responsible for the scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance in all areas of campus. This position is a lead position with full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of all HVAC and refrigeration equipment on campus.
