Golf Course Superintendant Tierra Oaks Golf Club POSITION SUMMARY: The golf course superintendent will manage and maintain the golf course properties including the golf course, clubhouse grounds and landscaping, open spaces, and the equipment used to maintain these areas. The superintendent is responsible for the development and implementation of all golf course maintenance programs, budgets, and personnel decisions. Utilizing a hands-on approach to leading, mentoring, and training individuals. Tierra Oaks Golf Club encourages a lead by doing atmosphere by all of our management teams. &
