General Description Performs highly responsible administrative and professional work in planning, coordinating, and managing various Public Works service areas, including but not limited to the operation and maintenance of streets, stormwater collection systems, underground infrastructure, right-of-ways, facilities, grounds, cemetery services and/or vehicle fleet.  Assists in long-term and short-term planning and development of departmental policies and procedures.  The Director performs professional and managerial work that requires advanced knowledge of the principles of planning, operating, and maintaining public utility infrastructure systems, construction and contract administration, personnel administration, project management, budgetin
